MediFlow – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MediFlow mobile application ("App"), developed by MediAid Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
By installing, accessing, or using MediFlow, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Intended for pharmacy owners, staff, and authorized distributors.
- You must provide accurate business and identity information.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Provide true and up-to-date information.
- Maintain confidentiality of your OTPs and account.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Sell illegal or banned medicines using the App.
- Upload misleading or fraudulent data.
- Reverse-engineer or misuse the App.
- Misrepresent pharmacy details.
- Upload invoices containing personal data of customers.
5. App Features
MediFlow provides:
- Pharmacy onboarding
- Inventory & stock management
- Invoice generation
- OCR bill scanning (Google Vision + Gemini)
- Dynamic UPI QR billing
- Subscription-based premium features
- Store location mapping
- Device-based access control
Features may change or update over time.
5A. WhatsApp Communication Policy
MediFlow provides limited communication support through WhatsApp strictly for operational and support purposes.
WhatsApp communication is permitted only for:
- Login OTP delivery and verification
- System-generated alerts and important notifications
- Support-related conversations initiated by the user
WhatsApp communication is strictly NOT permitted for:
- Payment requests, confirmations, or disputes
- Medicine-related discussions, consultations, or advice
- Prescription sharing or diagnosis
- OCR-related communication or document processing
- Any non-support or non-operational purpose
MediFlow will never request payment or sensitive personal information through WhatsApp. Users are advised not to share confidential information via WhatsApp beyond what is required for support.
MediFlow does not store WhatsApp message content beyond what is necessary for support resolution. All WhatsApp communication adheres to WhatsApp Business Platform policies and applicable data protection laws.
6. Subscription & Payments
- Some features require subscription payment.
- Payments handled by Razorpay or other payment partners.
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Non-payment may result in suspension of features.
7. Third-Party Services
MediFlow integrates with:
- AWS
- Google OCR + Gemini
- Google Maps API
- Razorpay
- PhonePe Business API
You must accept their respective terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, designs, and software belong to MediAid Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
You may not copy or redistribute without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss due to incorrect user inputs
- Failures caused by third-party services
- Business losses (profit, revenue, goodwill)
- OCR or automation errors
- Unauthorized access due to user negligence
Use of the App is at your own risk.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violating Terms
- Fraud or illegal activity
- Payment abuse
- Misuse of services
You may delete your account anytime.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes will be handled in courts of [Your State/City].
12. Changes to Terms
We may update Terms at any time.
Continued use signifies acceptance of updated Terms.
