• Medicine and stock details
• Sales and purchase invoices
• Uploaded or scanned bills

Bill Scanning & OCR:

We use Google Vision OCR and Gemini LLM to extract only medicine information. No customer personal information is extracted.

2.3 Payment & Financial Information

• Hashed UPI ID
• Transaction metadata
• Subscription payment info (Razorpay / PhonePe)

We do not store bank account numbers or card information.

2.4 Device & Technical Information

• Device ID
• OS version
• Login activity
• IP address

2.5 Location Information

Collected only with permission:

• Approx or precise location

Used for: store mapping, verification, address autofill.

3.1 WhatsApp Communication Usage

MediFlow uses WhatsApp communication strictly for limited operational purposes only.

WhatsApp is used only for:

• Login OTP and account verification
• Important system alerts and service notifications
• Support ticket communication initiated by the user
• Marketing or promotional messaging (only if the user opts in)

WhatsApp is NOT used for:

• Payment processing or payment-related discussions
• Medicine-related consultations or discussions
• Sharing prescription or medical advice
• OCR processing or document analysis

We do not store WhatsApp message content beyond what is required for support resolution. All WhatsApp communication follows WhatsApp Business Platform policies and applicable data protection laws.
